If your screen is to be wall-mounted, a suitably reinforced structure is required.
For safety reasons, we will NOT mount to an unsuitable surface.
"Standard installation" means that the top of the screen must not exceed 2m.
If it does, you will need to provide access equipment and additional charges will apply.

We will provide a laptop preconfigured with touchscreen software and a HDMI lead to connect to the touch screen.
If you would like to hire a touchscreen and use your own laptop, please call or chat with us for guidance.
Your device will need to be either:
- A laptop/PC running MS Windows 7 or higher
- An Android TV device. Other devices can be connected but may require additional software and drivers.
Note that we are unable to provide installation and support for touchscreens connected to an Apple Mac device.
Custom apps can be installed on our hardware but we recommend that you let us test your app(s) with our hardware in advance to ensure that we have the correct drivers installed etc. (additional charges may apply).
Please check with us about the digital content you wish to display and interact with so we can advise how best to set up your media.
WHAT ELECTRICS DO I NEED TO ORDER?
Each screen requires a 500w socket. If you need to plug in other electrical items you may need to order more than 500w or additional sockets.
